Spiritual Audacity - The Abraham Joshua Heschel Story
Join Wesley Theological Seminary and Journey Films for an evening of education and enlightenment about Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel as we watch and discuss the new film about his life from Journey Films. Directed by awarding winning filmmaker Martin Doblmeier, Spiritual Audacity explores the life and work of Rabbi Heschel.

Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel was one of the most remarkable and inspiring figures of the American 20th Century. He was a mentor to Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the entire Civil Rights Movement, a leading critic of the Vietnam War, a champion for Soviet Jews and a pioneer in the work of interfaith dialogue.

We will watch the film and be joined by an esteemed panel for discussion afterwards.
